Manuchar Kvirkelia turned two strong moves into a two-period victory Wednesday over China’s Chang Yongxiang in the Greco-Roman 74-kilogram weight class and Georgia’s first Olympic wrestling gold medal; Railway worker Steeve Guenot won France’s first Olympic wrestling gold medal in 84 years by taking the Greco-Roman 66-kilogram weight class Wednesday and denying Kyrgyzstan its first gold.
